Covid-19 Protocols

At Complete Care Hospital for Pets, our top priority is and always will be the health and safety of our clients, patients, team members, and the community.

To ensure this, we will continue to follow all guidelines, recommendations, and requirements set forth by federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal governments.

Upon your arrival, please just come in! Masking is encouraged but not mandatory for appointments, picking up prescriptions or retail items; and there is no limit on the number of people attending the appointment.

If you wish to wear a mask during any visit to the hospital we will gladly reciprocate and don our masks as well. Still not comfortable with in-person visits? We would be happy to conduct your pet’s examination using teleconferencing or via phone for curbside service.
