Could an illness or injury be plaguing your pet?

When people don’t feel well, they visit the doctor, explain their symptoms and receive the appropriate care. With pets, however, it’s not always this straightforward. Because animals can’t speak, they can’t always let us know when something is bothering them.

What’s more, many animals are capable of hiding the signs of illness, allowing it to develop and worsen undetected.

Veterinary diagnostics help us to identify and treat health problems in a timely manner. Faster diagnosis of illness and injury can significantly improve the chances of a positive outcome.

Laboratory

Complete Care Hospital’s on-site diagnostic laboratory makes it quick and easy to run a wide variety of tests. In many cases, we can have the answers we need in just minutes. This means we can have a treatment strategy in place before you and your pet even leave the exam room.

Imaging

When a physical exam and lab work aren’t enough to achieve an accurate diagnosis, we may turn to advanced imaging technology, including x-rays and ultrasound. These tools allow us to evaluate the bones and internal organs so we can identify injuries, diagnose illness and determine its severity.

Digital images can be assessed by our doctors in real-time or shared electronically with specialists if necessary.

If your pet has been acting a bit out of sorts lately, don’t take chances. Give the experienced team at Complete Care Hospital for Pets a call right away. We’ll get to the bottom of the problem and get your best friend back on the path to good health again.
