At Complete Care Hospital for Pets, our top priority is and always will be the health and safety of our clients, patients, team members and the community.
To ensure this, we will continue to follow all guidelines, recommendations and requirements set forth by federal, provincial, territorial and municipal governments.
Following updated guidance from the PHAC and the Canadian Veterinary Medicine Association (CVMA), we are taking the following actions, effective immediately.
Upon your arrival, please park in the lot and call our office number.
Someone from our team will come out to retrieve your pet and escort you to your assigned exam room.
At this time, due to the limited space inside our clinic, we are allowing only one person at a time to accompany patients. If you bring other people with you to your pet’s appointment, they will need to remain outside the clinic, preferably in your vehicle.
For the safety of yourself and others, we ask that you keep a mask on at all times, respect social distancing recommendations and use hand sanitizer upon entering the building.
Still not comfortable with in-person visits? We would be happy to conduct your pet’s examination using teleconferencing or via phone for curbside service.
Finally, we respectfully ask that you please be patient with us, as this has been a challenging experience for us all. We look forward to a time when things will return to normal once again. In the meantime, the team at Complete Care Hospital for Pets is grateful to be able to continue to serve our community and care for your four-legged family.
As loving pet parents, we want our animal companions by our side for as many years as possible.
