At Complete Care Hospital for Pets, our top priority is and always will be the health and safety of our clients, patients, team members, and the community.

To ensure this, we will continue to follow all guidelines, recommendations, and requirements set forth by federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal governments.

Following updated guidance from the PHAC and the Canadian Veterinary Medicine Association (CVMA), we are taking the following actions, effective immediately.”

Changes in Protocols for Our Clients

“Upon your arrival, please just come in! Masking is encouraged but not mandatory for picking up prescriptions or retail items. As we are still trying to protect our staff to continue to provide veterinary care for our patients, masking will be required to enter the exam room. There is no limit on the number of people attending the appointment.

Still not comfortable with in-person visits? We would be happy to conduct your pet’s examination using teleconferencing or via phone for curbside service.

Finally, we would like to thank our clients for their cooperation with all the COVID-19 measures throughout the past 2 years.

As loving pet parents, we want our animal companions by our side for as many years as possible.
